Deposit

A £100 deposit must be paid before the session is considered booked. I will reserve that slot for 5 days after we speak, but if the deposit is not received during this time the slot will be opened up to others.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Missed appointment

If you fail to turn up for the appointment, or you arrive unreasonably late, then we will not proceed with the appointment.

Postponing the session

If you need to postpone the session for any reason up until the day before the session I will be happy to do that. I would rather wait another week if you are not ready, than proceed with you anything less than fully committed to the process.

Rescheduling must be done within 2 months of your original appointment.

Following instructions

During our telephone call I will give you some instructions for what to do between now and our session. Part of the reason for these instructions is that I want to see that you are willing to do what is asked. If you do not follow these instructions then I will not do the session with you.

I will ask you to bring 2 lists to the session. You need to be working on these lists between now and our session. If you do not bring these lists, or if you have only rushed to get them sorted out at the last minute I will not do the session with you.

I will ask you to stop smoking 24 hours before our session. If you do not follow this instruction I will not do the session with you.

I might be persuaded to re-book the session when you have had time to complete the instructions, but I will not refund your deposit.
